An excellent two-story apartment with many amenities, located next to the most beautiful New York cafe in the world, breakfast was good, access to the hotel is a bit uncomfortable and there are 3 hotels with similar name in the same city.
The buttons do not collaborate with the luggage and claim that they do not know the language, English or Spanish. Access to the hotel is a little hidden.

We found the apartment really nice very clean, only thing was we booked for the hotel as normal like double room for two people as we thought we were staying in the hotel but after booking room, apartment came up. I was not pleased as how booking went. However we did have use of hotel and it was really beautiful. Bleak time of year to go to Budapest we expected that. New Years Eve was really nice in the hotel nice meal and staff were really nice.... Expensive....
Liked everything except my husband likes his cigar they say they have a cigar bar but it is not so anymore since December this year 2011. Also Breakfast is not 12 Euros it is 24 Euros per person . Also Service Charge and vat charges are extra on bill with food.

Very good service, very friendly staff. Nothing was a problem for them. Very good size rooms, very nicely renovated. The New York Bar has a stunning decor. It shows that good service is very important in a hotel. And this is hard to find in this part of the world. Boscolo makes you feel welcome and appreciated as a guest. Would defenitely come back.

The staff was kind and helped us in any possible way. The hotel itself was great and well located. We just had a little problem once as the fire alarm ringed at 15.00 for no reason. Despite this fact, everything was great, and from a 0-10 scale, I would rate it as 9.5.

I almost liked everything about my stay at Luxury Residence, Hotel Staff, Design and decoration of the facilities, spacious accommodation with kitchen facilities, it was like living in your own apartment.
I only thing that I did not like much was that the restaurant and cafe was around the the corner.
